Zuan Zhang is an Early Stage Researcher within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN project “WinGrid”, who is under the supervision of Prof. Xiaowei Zhao in the school of Engineering at the University of Warwick.

He is now working on power oscillation damping (POD) control from large offshore wind farms. Prior to that he worked in the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) of China Southern Power Grid (CSG). Before that, he obtained his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) and Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Information Engineering from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China).
